Ultra Compression Women's Recovery Bike Shorts

I recently pulled my upper left hamstring. A friend recommended a thigh compression sleeve that she got from you. I was more interested in compression that would give my glute more support and thought I'd try the shorts. They provide good support. I'm going to order a second pair because I play both softball and soccer weekly.

Recommended for a hamstring injury

I bought these b/c I pulled my hamstring where it inserts in my butt! They were really tight at first and I learned how to get them on pretty quickly. They feel GREAT and have really helped with compression of this area to help it heal. I really like these shorts so much I will probably keep using them after I'm better when I exercise too. Thank you for this product. It's been really helpful to my injury.

Love them! They Really Help.

These shorts really do what they say. I bought them hoping they would help while I recover from a hip/groin injury. They do! I wear them under my work clothing and it really helps reduce pain while I try to go about my normal activities. There is such a huge difference in how I feel when I wear these compared to when I don't. They are tight in all the right ways. I wear size 8, sometimes 10 in women's pant. I bought they LARGE and they are perfect. However, after wearing them all day, the do stretch a bit. I could have probably gone with a medium... but I will wait until I lose a few pounds. I also bought the recovery tights (which I highly recommend), the seamless bike shorts (another winner), and the recovery shoes (by far my absolute favorite). Now I am senza limiti! illimitato! Grazie!

I am 5’ tall and weigh 105. I’m not sure if I should buy the S/XS or S/M. I usually wear a size 2 in pants. The comments seem to indicate that these run small. Please advise.

Regarding The Recovery Short: Is it considered a “graduated compression” garment? I ask because the Product Details of The Recovery Short list: “They also aid in increasing oxygen and blood flow,…” Then in answering a question regarding the material of The Recovery Short, Zensah Customer Service responded: “The Recovery Short is indeed the same material and compression as the Recovery Tight and Capri.” Further, the Product Details of the Men’s Recovery Capri list: “The compression capris make use of graduated compression to help improve blood and oxygen circulation.” And so, is that the same as saying that The Recovery Short is considered a “graduated compression” garment? My potential use of The Recovery Short would strictly be for recovery purposes, as I have had very good results with gradient compression stockings and arm sleeves as differentiated from "tight compression garments".
